Inspired by Imperfection
Badari Arte is a platform dedicated to the encounter between contemporary design, artistic research and Florentine craftsmanship.
The project invites selected designers to develop original works conceived without the constraints of traditional production, allowing ideas, materials and experimentation to take center stage.
Each Designer is commissioned to create a unique collectible piece, developed in close collaboration with the artisans of the Badari atelier. Through a process that combines artistic vision and exceptional craftsmanship, concepts are transformed into sculptural objects that exist at the intersection of art and design.
Every creation is produced as a strictly limited edition of six numbered pieces, accompanied by one Artist’s Proof, following the traditions of the art world and collectible design.
Presented through a network of galleries, exhibitions and curated events, these works are intended to be experienced not simply as functional objects, but as collectible creations that carry the identity of their author and the expertise of the artisans who bring them to life.
While each piece originates as a collectible edition, selected creations may eventually inspire future collections, allowing exceptional ideas to evolve from singular artistic statements into broader design narratives.
